EXAMPLE EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

MONTHLY CONTRACT: £ 65.00 per month, labour only (Bronze Standard Contract) including telephone support, parts extra

[1.             At such intervals as the Contractor shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to service the Equipment, and to provide a telephone support service 7 days per week during normal opening hours.

[2.             Where the Contractor agrees to repair or replace any of the Equipment or its constituent parts (whether in the course of periodical examinations carried out under the preceding paragraph or at any other time, or to provide other additional services, including without limitation attendance at the Customer's premises to investigate faults and/or to carry out emergency or other necessary works of repair replacement or adjustment, the Contractor shall submit a quotation to the Customer and shall not carry out any such works until the Customer has accepted the Contractor's quotation.

[3.             Within this contract there is the provision for 2 service incident call-outs per month (to support the Contract specified equipment). Additional Call-out charges will be charged at £70.00 (to include the first half hour) and subsequent hours to be charged at £70.00
