Below are packages to give an indication of the type of support we are able to offer. Each support contract is geared towards your individual purchase.

We are able to offer an entry level solution with 4 high quality cameras and a Digital Video Recorder for £1899.00 + VAT. This is for the smaller retail environment / warehouse to give customers the ability to view what is happening and recording on a 24hr basis / motion detection. The benefit of this is that it can be viewed over the internet using a broadband connection at a small extra charge.
We are able to offer full CCTV solutions from entry level right the way up to Control Room with several recorders / rack mounted solution using CAT5 cabling as the means of linking the cameras back to the Digital Recorders. The benefit of this is that the CAT5 can have a distance of up to 1.5km and still retain the quality of picture (there can be a degradation of picture quality over distance using standard RG58 Co-axial Cable). The other advantage is that you only run one cable to perform all tasks e.g. signal and power - and if it is a PTZ (pan,tilt,zoom) Camera then this will make cabling a lot simpler, easier and quicker. To design this kind of solution will need a full site survey - but the solution can be created to fit any business. For more information on CCTV or a quotation contact us.
EXAMPLE EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT MONTHLY CONTRACT: £ 85.00 per month, labour only (Gold Standard Contract) including telephone support, parts extra [1. At such intervals as the Contractor shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to service the Equipment, and to provide a telephone support service 7 days per week during normal opening hours. [2. Where the Contractor agrees to repair or replace any of the Equipment or its constituent parts (whether in the course of periodical examinations carried out under the preceding paragraph or at any other time, or to provide other additional services, including without limitation attendance at the Customer's premises to investigate faults and/or to carry out emergency or other necessary works of repair replacement or adjustment, the Contractor shall submit a quotation to the Customer and shall not carry out any such works until the Customer has accepted the Contractor's quotation. [3. Within this contract there is the provision for 5 service incident call-outs per month (to support the Contract specified equipment). Additional Call-out charges will be charged at £70.00 (to include the first half hour) and subsequent hours to be charged at £70.00
